Mentoring with Aimhigher Northamptonshire

There are three different mentoring programmes currently running in the county. The aims of all the mentoring programmes are to raise self esteem, motivation and aspirations amongst those taking part.

The mentors we use are current undergraduates at The University of Northampton.

All mentors undertake a short training, undergo a CRB check, and undertake some practical exercises to make sure they are suitable to work with young people.
