Accommodation at University
Many mature students have their accommodation organised and often go to a local University or College and therefore travel to University on a daily basis.
Some mature students will however need to find accommodation. There are some Universities who provide accommodation specifically for mature students, and a small number of Universities have flats or houses suitable for couples or families. The majority of institutions however, only have halls of residence. The halls of residence may be self catering or some are catered. Some halls of residence are single sex whilst others are mixed. In addition, institutions guarantee accommodation for all first year students.
If you need accommodation as a mature student you will need to investigate available accommodation by contacting each institution you are interested in attending.
